Las Vegas, NV (April 11, 2010) -Troy Vandenbilche rolled a pair of 1's at The Bullring at Las Vegas Motor Speedway on Sunday afternoon scoring consecutive 1st place finishes in the Spring Shootout double feature. The Golden, BC driver also brought the #80 Vandenbilt Auto Body Chevrolet Monte Carlo home in second place in yesterdays season opener at The Bullring. Kevin Abel (Calgary, AB) matched Vandenbilche with three podiums for the #33 Setco Industries Chevrolet Impala notching a pair of seconds and a third place finish. The Baby Grand series opens their Canadian season May 22 at Edmonton Internation Raceway and will visit Vernon, BC in June, a special Saturday (Kalispell) and Sunday (Polson) doubleheader in Montana on the July 4th holiday weekend, Regina, SK in July, Medicine Hat, AB in August and make their first ever visit to Auto Clearing Motor Speedway in Saskatoon, SK on the 4th of September. |
